You sustain.

The Glorious Unseen - Hear Our Prayers
Hear our cries, Lord
Hear our prayers
Take our burdens
Calm our fears

And God will You make us
People that love You?
Please take our offerings
That we set before You
God, hear our prayers
That we're lifting up to You
God, see our tears
That we're struggling to see through

Will You make our hearts true?

It's not about what we can do, how we can love, or even how we pray.

It's all about the King, the Redeemer, the Savior
who spilled His blood on our behalf by His unfailing Love,
which allows us to even approach Him through prayer.

"The quest for a contemplative life can actually be self-absorbed, focused on my quiet and me. If we love people and have the power to help, then we are going to be busy. Learning to pray doesn't offer us a less busy life; it offers us a less busy heart. In the midst of outer busyness we can develop an inner quiet."
